Care Policy
Photographique has always taken great care with our customer’s property. We understand the importance snd the unique nature of photographic materials. We send all original works by recorded delivery to ensure we can track orders. We make every reasonable attempt to minimise the risk of loss however we will only accept liability for the replacement cost of any materials lost. As we appreciate memories and photographic images have an irreplaceable quality we recommend any customers send particularly valuable work should make appropriate decisions regarding couriers and insurance where necessary.
We endeavour to turn around all orders as soon as we can. We are a small team and at peak times there maybe some delay in returning orders to you. If your order is particularly urgent we request you contact us prior to placing the order to check we can meet your deadline.

Uncollected work
Photographique has a limited storage capacity and we do not offer to store customer’s work forever. Film, negatives, prints and any other property will be stored for 3 months. Beyond this point if we have been unable to make contact with the customer, we reserve the right to dispose of the work.
Copyright
To reproduce photographic images without the permission of the photographer/owner of the images is a breach of copyright regulations. We accept work on the basis of trust and have to assume permission is implicit.
Environmental Policy
Photographique recycles the vast majority of waste produced. Chemicals from our machinery are collected, processed and silver collected and re-used. All paper, plastic and cardboard and other materials used in the lab environment and our packaging is either reusable or recyclable.
