Taken during the global Covid 19 Pandemic
‘There isn’t much silence, calm, or tranquility in an inner-city housing estate. The amplification of human emotion constantly clashes with the synthetic vibrations of an artificial system. Anger, fear, anxiety, pride, joy, happiness, sadness, love — all of these emotions were within reach, yet their feelings felt distant, no longer overbearing or apparent.’
All photographs taken in Bristol with a Mamiya 645 medium format film camera and various film stocks during, 2020 and 2021.
